De Messina rentals starting on 20 January!
The time has come: on Monday 20 January at 9 AM the rental process will start for the 24 three-room and four-room apartments in De Messina. The real estate agency taking care of the Messina rentals is Tel Makelaars.
Registration procedure
Starting on Monday 20 January at 9 AM, you can register by sending an email with your contact information to info@telmakelaars.nl, expressing your interest in renting an apartment in De Messina. In response to your email, Tel Makelaars will contact you regarding the rest of the registration procedure. Starting on Monday, the apartments will also be offered on Funda.
At the beginning of March, the candidates selected will be given an opportunity to view a model apartment. This will provide them with a good impression of the apartment before the definitive rental contract is signed. On 1 May 2020, the apartments will be delivered to the tenants renting them.
De Messina in a nutshell
The 24 three–room and four-room apartments in De Messina vary in size from 80 m2 to 106 m² and each have their own ample outdoor space, their own parking spot, and their own storage room in the basement of the complex.
In addition, all the apartments are fully finished before delivery, including herringbone parquet floors, recessed spotlights, painted white walls, and sprayed ceilings. Kitchens are fitted with built-in appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, and induction cooker. All bathrooms are tiled and fitted with a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower space, and high-quality bathroom cabinets with a double washbasin.
The 24 apartments are divided into four types, varying in their position inside the building and their layout. Rental prices start at €1800.00 per month, including parking space and storage room, excluding service costs and electricity. For more information, please consult the rental brochure.
