Messina has reached its highest point

The highest point of the construction of De Messina has been reached! The masonry on the ground and second floor is now almost complete, and the first aluminum facades will be installed this month. From now on we will be fully concentrated on making the facade wind and watertight so that the finishing work can be started in February 2020. The apartments will be ready for rental on 1 May 2020.

Start of rental
We are trying to inform everyone who has already signed up for the De Messina newsletter about the final ‘start of rentals’ and the registration procedure in January 2020. All preparations are currently being made and Tel Makelaars is in the starting blocks to start the rental process.

Complete, comfortable and sustainable
The 24 three- and four-room apartments in De Messina vary in size from 85 m2 till 106 m2 and each appartment has its own outdoor space, its own parking space and storage room in the basement of the complex.

All apartments will be delivered fully finished with herringbone parquet floors and light beige tiled washrooms. The kitchens will be fitted with dark (walnut) wood cabinets with light grey ceramic worktops. The kitchens include built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination of microwave oven and induction hob. All bathrooms will have a freestanding bathtub with separate shower and a luxury bathroom cabinet with double sinks.

The Messina will be completely gas free. A heat/cold storage system (UTES) under the ground heats and cools the complex using soil energy. Each apartment will have underfloor heating and solar panels will be installed on the roof of the complex. The energy generated by the solar panels will be used for central facilities in the complex.

The rental prices of De Messina apartments start from € 1,875.00 per month including parking space and excluding service costs and electricity.
