The Bridge building project kicks off!

Today a start was made with putting in the sheet piling for the new complex: The Bridge (Paasheuvelweg 22 in Amsterdam)! As soon as all the sheet piling is in place, the building pit will be excavated for a car park with a total of 107 parking places. The complex will be built in 24 months and will be delivered in mid-2023 (in phases).

The complex will consist of two towers of approximately 40 m and 60 m tall, connected with each other on the ground floor. The tallest tower and part of the ground floor will have a total of 162 two-room and three-room apartments, 32 of which are earmarked for the social housing sector and 130 for the mid-segment. The 10-story tall tower is earmarked for office space (approximately 9600 m² in total). The ground floor and first floor will provide space for companies that serve the general public, including a gym, cafés and restaurants, and a juice bar.
