The Bridge in Amsterdam: Construction Progressing Rapidly!

Exciting news from the construction site of The Bridge in Amsterdam—this landmark project is moving ahead at full speed, and several major milestones have already been reached!

The office tower has officially topped out and is now fully wind- and watertight. Even the construction crane has been removed—clear proof we’re one step closer to completion! Inside, finishing work is well underway: elevators are installed, restrooms are in place, climate ceilings are being added, and the lush rooftop garden is taking shape. The office spaces are set for completion by mid-2025.

Meanwhile, the residential tower is rising fast. This week marked the completion of the 16th floor—just two more to go until the top! On the lower levels, we’ve already made great strides: underfloor heating is installed up to the fourth floor, and the walls have been plastered.

To help future residents envision life at The Bridge, we’ve created a fully finished model apartment on the second floor. It reflects exactly how the apartments will be delivered: smooth, paint-ready walls, sprayed ceilings, stylish bathrooms, and a sleek kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances.

A total of 162 rental apartments will be available, including 32 social housing units and 130 mid-range units. But The Bridge offers more than just a place to live—it’s designed for modern urban living, complete with shared amenities like a community living room, laundry facilities, a gym, and even a restaurant.
