The letting of De Karel starts today!

The day has finally arrived: the letting of the 53 apartments in De Karel starts today!

The apartment complex De Karel is situated in the popular area de Pijp in Amsterdam. The 53 two-bedroom and three-room apartments range in size between 42 m² and 68 m². All of the apartments feature a luxury kitchen with built-in appliances, a bathroom and a separate WC. The north façade has balconies and terraces, and the south façade has French balconies. The residents also have access to a roof terrace giving wonderful views across Amsterdam.

You can register online for an apartment at www.hurenindekarel.amsterdam. Registration is done on the basis of the information provided on the website. This includes the rental prices, a description of quality of the finish, the plans of the apartments and the rental terms and conditions. Registration will be open until 6 May 2019 at 09:00 hours, depending on the number of registrations received.
