Celebration topping-out The Bridge

On Wednesday, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony of The Bridge residential tower together with the construction partners – an important milestone in the progress of this project.

This moment not only marks the physical height of the building, but also highlights the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who continue to contribute their commitment, flexibility, and professionalism toward the successful completion of The Bridge later this year.

The office tower is now in an advanced stage. The office floors are nearly complete, the rooftop gardens are being landscaped, and the entrance area is taking shape: the revolving door is being installed, and the walls and floors are being finished with dark natural stone. A stylish wood-toned grid ceiling is being mounted on the more than five-meter-high ceiling.

In the residential tower, intensive work continues on the interior installations and finishing of the 162 apartments. A model apartment has already been completed and fully fitted out with, among other things, PVC flooring, plastered walls, spray-painted ceilings, a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, and fully finished sanitary rooms.

The Bridge will not only be a place to live and work but will also serve a social purpose, featuring amenities such as a gym and a spacious hospitality venue.

The project will be delivered in phases: the office tower is scheduled for completion in August 2025, and the residential tower from January 2026 onward.
