A new building, designed by architectural firm Elephant, is being developed on the current site of our office building at Paasheuvelweg 26. The new 70-metre-high building will combine various functions such as living, working and other facilities.

Together with Dam & Partners Architects, we have been working on new plans for a multifunctional building, housing offices, laboratories and a college, in the Life Science & Health sector since 2022.

A total of nine unique designer apartments are being constructed on the top floor of Scheldeplein 1. The spacious three- and four-room apartments are available in different sizes, from 100 to 150 square metres.

Seven luxury apartments are realised at one of the most beautiful spots in Amsterdam, along the edge of the Vondel Park, in two properties located on Van Eeghenstraat.
