The renovation of Scheldeplein 1-5 is complete and we are proud of the end result!

In just two and a half years, the foundation was strengthened (to support the weight of the new storey), the basement extended, the facade completely renovated, and nine luxury rental apartments were constructed on the roof.

The building on Amsterdam’s Scheldeplein – famous in the 1930s as Sieberg’s Glass Palace – has regained its full glory. The most important contribution to this is the new glass facades, which have replaced the dated plastic frames. The facade rhythmic and abundance of glass are back with a slightly adjusted rod distribution. The new roof layer slants back, so that it is barely visible from the street.

The first apartments are already occupied and three rental apartments are still available. Interested? Schedule a viewing now via Von Poll Real Estate.
