The Bridge is going up in the new year!

After two weeks of Christmas holidays, construction of The Bridge recommenced last Monday.

Great strides were made at the end of 2023: the ground floor, ramp, columns and the ground floor’s six-metre-high load-bearing walls were poured. The mezzanine level of the residential tower has also been installed. The contours of the lift cores of both towers are visible and the supporting outriggers in the basement have been removed.

The pouring of the concrete columns and elements for the residential tower was also scheduled for early this week, but this had to be postponed for a few days due to the persistent cold weather. The work will be repeated over the coming months and the towers will be erected floor by floor. All structural work is expected to be completed by the end of 2024 and both buildings will be at height.

The Bridge was designed by Dam & Partners Architects and will soon consist of two (residential and office) towers of around 40 and 60 metres high, connected at ground level. The building will provide space for 162 rental flats, common areas and around 9,600 m² of high-quality office space. Completion of The Bridge is expected in the 4th quarter of 2025.
