Construction of De Messina in full swing!

The basement floor and walls have been poured as well as most of the ground floor. The access ramp to the car park has also been completed, which means that the contours of the building are becoming increasingly visible. The first structural walls on ground level will start to be poured in mid-April of this year, after which the 1st story floor can also be poured in place. The sheet pile walls will be removed at the beginning of May and the drainage activities will also be stopped.

At present, we are holding intensive discussions with the interior design company Kolenik Eco Chic Design in order to come up with an interior design. The floors and walls of the apartments will be covered and finished appropriately and lighting and sanitary facilities will be installed as well as a luxury kitchen fitted with appliances.

The complex will be heated and cooled with the help of a thermal storage installation in combination with a heat pump. The 168 PV panels installed on the roof will help supply electricity to the complex.

Apartment complex De Messina:
• 24 three- and four-room (rental) apartments
• Various layout types varying in size from 75 to 100 m²
• Each apartment has its own outdoor space along the western as well as eastern wall.
• Rental prices starting from approximately €1,750 exclusive of service costs, water & electricity, and a parking space
• Rental application process starting in 3rd quarter of 2019
• Delivery of apartments in first quarter of 2020
